Response times

We are a small team and we answer every message ourselves. These are the targets we hold ourselves to, measured from receipt:

• General and support enquiries — two business days.
• Privacy and data-subject requests — acknowledged within two business days, and completed within the statutory deadline that applies to you (one month under the UK and EU GDPR, 45 days under the CCPA).
• Copyright notices and counter-notices — two business days.
• Trust & Safety reports and appeals — one business day, and faster where there is a credible risk to someone's safety.
• Press — one business day.

If a message to any address goes unanswered beyond these targets, please resend it to hello@seldeo.com and reference the original date. Mail does occasionally get filtered, and we would rather hear twice than not at all.
